I really like this bag. It has plenty of pockets, can be worn as a shoulder bag or cross body, and has only one strap. Two changes would be nice - a zipper on the main inside pocket and a small pocket on the front flap for ease of carry subway pass and phone or keys. There are lots of colors to choose from and it's light weight.
