I received this bag within 3 days of placing the order, so that was great. I have only had the bag two weeks, but I am very happy with its size and its construction. It is rugged and well made. It has all the room and compartments I was looking for in a bag without being too large. I use it as my everyday bag and take to and from work. I like the access options (using or not using the zippers), I like the outside end pockets (I use one for an umbrella). It is adjustable over the shoulder and on the combover closure. I like the organic cotton aspect and the recycled zipper materials. The only thing that would make it better is if it came in hemp. I have no complaints and haven't experienced any of the issues noted in the other reviews. It will also make a great "personal item" carry on bag for planes. Thanks to the Simple company and Logohoo!
