Stone does not mean gray - I bought this purse because I saw the black one at the store, really liked the style, but I wanted a gray purse. The color 'stone' to me indicates gray, but the 'stone' colored purse is clearly a pewter or a champagne color. It's more gold than it is silver. It's a gorgeous purse and a perfect size, but don't be misled by the pictures or color name!
